This head wear fits up to 23-24 inches head circumference, the bonnet/cap is approx. 12 inches ( 30 cm) deep from forehead to the back. The total length of scarf/band is 59 inches (150 cm). The tichel is lined with polyester satin fabric. This head wear looks like a bonnet with long ties. It is pre-shaped ,but still need to tie long ends around the head or make a knot/bow at the back of the head. The front edge is foldable, you can extend or make it smaller the scarf if necessary. This head snood is NOT ELASTICATED at the back. This is self tie APRON STYLE headwear.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND  WEARING PRINTED /COLOURED TICHELS WHILE YOU SLEEPING, IT IS BETTER TO SLEEP WEARING PLANE WHITE TICHELS.
This is a multi-functional self tie hand made head scarf, can be worn in many ways. It can be used for for Orthodox Jewish women, for Muslim women, Afro women with natural curly hair etc. It's also very comfortable, to use in all house work, for example while cleaning or painting your house. Very easy to iron the scarf, just have to turn it inside out. Wash at 30'C degree temperature - hand wash, no spin, no bleach.
