Moderate to heavy shelf and use wear.  Clipped leading page.  Writing in ink inside front cover.  Recipe sticker inside front cover.  Recipe written in ink on last blank page (kinda cool actually).   Pages are clean.  Binding is well read, but holding.  See pics.
