Items will be dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment. However, we always try to ship the next working day.

If your item has not been received after 7 working days (UK) please refer to the "Payment Received" message in your EMAIL inbox for instructions.

Once we hand over your package at the Post Office we have no control over it's delivery.
We are not the Royal Mail, the U,S. Postal Service, U.S. Customs, etc.

However, as in many cases, your package will probably be at your local sorting office awaitng collection. 
Sometimes the postman can forget to leave a card when he has been unable to deliver your package.

We thought that it was only our postman who did this, but apparently not!!

We can not be held responsible for the suitability of a product used on a person's hair.
It is assumed that the buyer has a knowledge of the product before purchase
Refunds will not be given if the product turns out to be unsuitable for client's hair type
With respect to product suitability, please consult your hairdresser for advice as we cannot give advice without physically seeing the hair.

Basically, if you are not sure how to use a product, we would prefer you not to buy.
