This listing is for the pictured vintage Monopoly Boardwalk Deed shirt from 1995.  It is from my personal collection so unfortunately I removed the neck tag.  I always wore XL, so it should be that.  I have included measurements, please use your best judgement (small chance it is a Large).  It has very slight yellowing to the cotton, but this is expected with a true vintage item.  Please view all pictures for further condition details.  Thanks for looking and please ask any questions before completing the auction.
