The body of the lamp is composed of a majolica jug with pure Gold foil combined with a small crystal cylinder worked through a ceramic fitting.

In the center a rod that ends in the lamp holder, both in gilt brass.

Drum-shaped lampshade in ocher cotton edged in gold.

Suitable for making a very elegant and refined atmosphere.

VICENTINA ARTISTIC MAJOLICA

The Italian Province of Vicenza is renowned internationally for ceramic processing,

dwhere theancient dexterity of master potters, was handed down to the new generations. Respecting

strictly the majolica production phases as was done in the past.

We start from the glue that is poured into the molds once the piece dries it is removed

mold and a long process begins:

1) The first fire at 1015°C

2) Glazing, the object is submerged in the glaze which is absorbed by the ceramic.

3) The second fire at 980°C, and here the MAJOLICA comes out.

4) The decorum and the third fire at 820°C

5) The Fourth Fire at 720°C it is applied to all objects decorated with 24 carat Gold foil ,

platinum leaf, with luster finish ea satin ones.

Each fire from initiation to cool down is a 16 hour long process.
