I love most everything French when it comes to antiques, and that is because they always get it right.  The champmeve cloisonne is so rich in color.  The buttery soft yellow, splashes of turquoise, differing shades of pink and blue with just the right amount of white interspersed throughout and fading into the colors.  All that swirling of brass adds a warm and rich touch.  

That porcelain....THAT PORCELAIN!  I keep asking myself why am I selling this!!!???

I've only known the French to paint cherubs so exquisitely. 

This is a gorgeous Sevres set. Porcelain is signed by a well-known Sevres painter, Carle. 

It is a petite set for a woman's boudoir.   This one sat on a wealthy ladies writing desk and was well taken of.

The tray measures 6 3/8" x 11 3/32" and the

Candlesticks measures 5 1/8" tall, and the base is 3 3/36" x 2 13/16".  The screws look to have been replaced in the base of the canclesticks.
