Home inhalations of the sinuses, throat, larynx, trachea, bronchi and lungs, as well as rinsing the throat and mouth are among the oldest types of therapeutic treatments. The effectiveness of Zablocki brine mist is due to its natural mineral composition, especially its very high concentration of iodine, and such elements as bromine, calcium and magnesium. Iodine causes mucus thinning, bromine soothes irritation, causes bronchodilation and facilitates breathing. Calcium and magnesium have anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects.

With these conditions, the intention to use inhalation in particular should be consulted with a doctor.

Transparent, colorless water - Taste: salty - pH: 7.4 - Conductivity: 53400 Ms/cm - For inhalation in inhalers. - In 1 liter of brine there are more than: 110 mg of iodine, 130 mg of bromine, 800 mg of calcium, 400 mg of magnesium. The brine has been out of contact with the outside world for millions of years, and is currently extracted from a depth of about 500 meters in Debowiec. By the Decree of the Council of Ministers of 14.02.2006 it was classified as medicinal waters.
