These is a vintage 1940's Handi Flame spoon rest.
All in excellent condition. Any marks are cause by glare.
Measures 6" long.
The last picture shows the set I am selling by the piece on EBay.
This came from an estate sale in Pennsylvania. My husband, bought it over 20 years ago. The estate sale, included a man collection of ready kilowatt and other utility items.
