Computer can still be used without Windows being activated, however, some settings may not be accessible until Windows has been activated.
This item was previously used and may show some signs of normal wear/usage, but is in overall good condition.

Returns: We have a 30 day return policy with the buyer paying the return shipping. Replacements offered when available.
