About Us

We are an online clothing agency who specialise in the sale of quality gently worn clothing, mainly well known designer names along with some vintage, and the very best of the High Street.  Our clothing comes from valued clients in London and Los Angeles, many of whom work in the public eye!  Please visit our other listings.

All designer items are guaranteed genuine.  We do not trade in fakes!!  All clothing and accessories are sold in good condition, if there are any marks or signs of wear; details are always included in the item description.  SIZE : We list the size as given on the label of the item, and to further help in judging the fit, in brackets our estimation of the UK clothing size.  If you have any questions, please e-mail before bidding. 

Payment

We ask for your payment within 7 days of auction end.  

Please note that all sales are final and we only refund if there is a genuine fault with the item. Our feedback shows that the vast majority of our customers are delighted time and again. If you are not happy with your purchase then PLEASE email us immediately and we will do our best to help. However, we can only provide a refund if the item is not as described. If you genuinely feel the item does not match the description, e-mail us before returning within 7 days of receipt, at your own expense, for a refund.  Email with any questions before bidding if you are in any doubt.

POSTAGE

Our standard postage fee includes Royal Mail 2^st Class signed for delivery.  We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple items.

We will ship all items worldwide. As Royal mail prices have recently increased a great deal please contact us for a quote BEFORE bidding if needed. The prices will be calculated as the quoted prices for UK shipping + £5.30 for International signed for + additional airmail costs.  (If you are outside of the EU any associated customs, tax, import charges are legally payable by you.)

For the United Kingdom we offer Royal Mail signed for and for the rest of the world we ship Via Royal Mail international signed for.  We only ship recorded so all parcels are trackable and require a signature on delivery. If you require a quote for additional services such as Royal Mail special delivery, first class or express delivery, or Royal Mail airsure please contact us. Please note we are not responsible for any damage to items that may incur in transit.

We are usually able to despatch within 3 working days of payment clearing.  We are based in the UK & mail Monday – Friday. To allow for occasional Royal Mail delays, we ask that you allow ten working days for delivery from the date of payment clearing.  If an item has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us.

If you require an item more quickly, then please contact us for a quote, and to check if we can arrange express delivery.

We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier and have very few cases of items getting lost in the post, however it does happen very occasionally, as do delivery delays. We will always be able to provide you with the tracking reference for your parcel so if it hasn’t arrived, please do check online as often a delivery has been attempted but perhaps no card has been left. But please get in touch if you have any problems and we will do what we can to help.
