Good working condition, will arrive exactly as you see in the pictures. This has been used and shows some age such as the rubber cover on the switch is worn, at some point I believe the cord was replaced at the halfway point, it as seen in the pictures has the wire nuts and looks to be well repaired. There is one open spot on for a brush but it seems there would not be enough room for all of them. I have seen the brushes sold online if you would want to replace them.
Though not new it works great, could use a little cleaning up, it has sat on a shelf for awhile so is a little dusty. Packed this will weigh nearly 25 pounds so the shipping will reflect that.
