Returns
Any faults must be advised to us within 7 days or receipt of the item; any items damaged in transit MUST be advised within 24hr. . Please DO NOT RETURN any item before contacting us first, we may be able to solve the issue. If, when we receive the item back and no fault is found, we cannot offer a refund on any return costs and you will be liable for the carriage cost for its return to you, if a pre-paid return label is used, you will also be charged for the cost of this.
