Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (exlcuding weekends or bank holidays).

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail for peace of mind, unless additional postage rates are paid. This service normally takes 48 hours, but in Royal Mail's T&Cs they state it can take 2-4 working days from the postal date for the delivery to arrive.

We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, for which there is an additional charge of £1.50.

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Goods will be sent to the address given on the order, the PayPal confirmed address

Payment

We require immediate payment for all purchases.

Payment can be made via your PayPal account or using a debit or credit card.

Returns

If cartridges are faulty, please contact us via eBay and we will refund/replace your items at your convenience - on receipt of the faulty goods.

Return postage is to be covered by the buyer.

If a refund is required original postage costs will also be refunded.

Terms & Conditions

Whilst BCMY tries to ensure that all prices, product descriptions and printer compatibility on eBay are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.

Purchasing

You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for purchasing the correct ink cartridge for your printer, our compatibility guide is a guide only and you should contact us before ordering if you are in any doubt. If you have purchased the wrong ink cartridge and you would like to return it in return for a refund, you will be liable for any charges relating to returning the items. If you require an exchange cartridge for the correct one you will be liable for the price difference, if any, and subsequent postage costs. Returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition in which you received your item(s). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the item

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and BCMY until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by BCMY of your buy goods from us or a third-party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by BCMY.

You undertake that all details you provide to BCMY for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the debit or credit card you are using is your own and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

If there are any address changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform eBay and BCMY as soon as possible by changing your details on eBay.

Returns Policy Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, BCMY shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing within 30 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us detailing your name, sales record number and fault description. If we are unable to assist in rectifying the fault, we will provide you with a FREEPOST address and full instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse. Upon receipt we will send you a replacement or if you wish a refund.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us during normal office hours. Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

You may also with draw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after you receive the product by: sending the notice of cancellation to us directly ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to BCMYprovided the item is unopened, and in a resalable condition, together with the original invoice. You are responsible for any charges relating to returning the goods and are responsible for their safe arrival; we will not refund or replace an item if the item is not returned to us first. We encourage you to get proof of postage from your post in case an item is lost in the post.

Upon receipt of the goods BCMY will refund you the purchase price of the goods, minus the original postage fee and packing fee. If BCMY receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited (minus costs outlined above) by BCMY from your PayPal / credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by BCMY in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

BCMY reserves the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

BCMY does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, images, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Images of product packaging may vary from time to time for marketing purposes only, cartridges are not affected. Cartridge page yield is approximate and actual page yields will vary dependant on printer used, images printed and other factors.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price or specification. If you have been charged for the item(s) but we have not dispatched it we will cancel and refund your order.

BCMY does not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and / or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from BCMY.

Miscellaneous

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely. In these Terms, 'Intellectual Property Rights' means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights.

Crime prevention

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. BCMY is able to track the electronic 'fingerprints' of even/ order to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities. Anyone suspected in providing false non arrival claims to us or via PayPal will be excluded from buying from BCMY and our affiliate partners. We always inform eBay and Royal Mail for every non arrival claim to reduce criminal activity on eBay. Submitting false claims is theft and you will be prosecuted if caught. All contact details including name, username, address, postcode and item purchased are submitted to Royal Mail to help make eBay a safer place to buy and sell.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your purchase immediately and without notice to you if:

you fail to make any payment to us when due;

you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise);

When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity;

We suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site,
