See photos for condition (signs of age and wear such as tear in front cover, stain on front and back and some in the magazine from liquid, normal fraying around outer pages, separation of pages from spine.  The majority of the inside of the book is tear free and in acceptable condition.  The magazine is in good shape for a paperback publication almost a 100 years old!

This is a piece of American and literary history and would be a great piece for any collector!
