Neat covers with some spotting and indents in places.

The bottom of the spine has some creasing and wear with a little at the top too.

The back cover has two tears to the side at the top.

The last page has two tears in the same place.

More wear to the back cover with yellowing to the side by the spine, particularly at the bottom.

Otherwise neat.
