A showstopper of a sprout – vibrant and bright it will add sparkle and color to any dish. Its purple roots are highlighted by green leaves with a purple fringe. A member of the Brassica family, once sprouted has a mild and sweet taste.  This seed can be used to grow microgreens or sprouts.
