Our favourite alfalfa mix, this mix has a great flavour and is the ideal way to eat fenugreek. We love it on a rice cake with tahini.

Alfalfa is full of vitamins and minerals, with concentrated amounts of calcium, vitamin K and vitamin C. Fenugreek has a mild curry flavour, great for perking up salads and sandwiches. .

Sprouting Instructions: Soak 6-12 hours, Rinse 2 x per day morning and evening, 

 Harvest 5 days, Yield 5:1, Shelf life 2 years

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight!
