Vintage Susie Cooper Art Deco Tureen Kestrel Green Fern Leaf and Dot Pattern

This stunning piece is the famous Kestrel shape with its attractive and elegant side handle designed by Susie cooper. It is in the green fern pattern with with a pattern of tiny circles. 

The base glaze is a pale cream, and the inside is a wonderful sage green colour.. I love the way you can see the brush-marks in the sage green colour on the outside bande

There is ultra fine crazing all over mainly visible in the cream ......and inside around the base edge are tiny spots cause by use, but no cracks, chips or other damage....for something over 80 years old in excellent condition for its age.

Approx 23cm diameter x 15cm high with lid on. The lid is about 1/3 of the volume...and the handle makes it so lovely to use. 915g before packing.
