The  CrossWave HF3 Cordless  Bundle comes with 3 bottles of full sized formula (1x Multi-Surface Natural Formula, 1x Multi-Surface Pet Formula, 1x Wood Floor Formula), plus an extra Brushroll and an extra filter for those tough to remove stains. This bundle is great for setting you up with everything that you'll need for multiple clean ups across multiple floor types.




I will dispatch the item to the postal address in your eBay account within 1-2 working days after the payment is cleared. If you need to post to other address please contact us before order has dispatched.

When your order is dispatched , you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From that time we would expect you to receive your order within 2-5 working days

Return is acceptable within 1 week after you received the goods, but the goods must be in the box and is in resale condition. I will arrange courier service to collect the item from your house, you will need a printer to print the label sent from me.

Return policy for damaged goods:

We pay all the costs, you have a full refund. But you need provide couple of pictures required by me

Return policy for non-working items:

I will test the item after the item was returned, if it is not working, I will pay all the delivery costs, you have a full refund.

But if the item is working well and it is your responsability to pay all delivery costs, I only refund you the goods price minus delivery charge, for new item, we will charge you 20% extra goods price as the goods category is down to customer return.

You will need to write down the product serial number before collection date.
