Still in its box, with instructions. Also included is the original punch templates & a load already done.

There is a Brother hole punch, in its box, that comes with it. 

It doesn't look to have had a great deal of use. I think the wire feeders (?) were left on the knitting machine, as they are dusty. The handle section looks unused to be honest. 

It will work a treat. If it doesn't you are welcome to return it.
