This is a beautifully highly painted and enameled Wedgwood Spill Vase C1891 in Brown glaze on a Queensware body, designed with a orchid and butterflies, and possibly a printed border design by Christopher Dresser. In perfect condition, I presented it at the Wedgwood ‘s Society 50th anniversary where a lot of interest and photos were created. Impressed Wedgwood but very faint in glaze, with strong light can be seen. Dimensions 26 cm high x 10 cm dia. Please ask for more photos etc or information as this is an exceptional piece of Wedgwood. Due to a recent breakage I’ve experienced this piece is collect in person. I’m happy to deliver half way.
