Here is a Vintage Outfit for your Vogue Ginny Doll (also fits 8" Alexander or Ginger doll). It was made in 1955 and has a Medford, Mass USA tag. 

It is faux fur and beige in color and lined in brown and the snap has no rust. The hat has strong elastic. 

All are in excellent condition.
