I have owned this for some time. I have no idea if the remote access is working still. I say that as I have some WD cloud devices where they stopped supporting it, so this is sold as a plain old NAS. Please, I urge you that if you are not proficient in networks to look elsewhere, these can be fiddly and your lack of knowledge will not be something I can assist with remotely, and once it’s opened you are very much on your own. This is a branded item and thus you should be able to find all the resources you need online.

Hoping that doesn’t make me sound unhelpful but I’ve been caught out before with this scenario.
