Adorable dude has a lt. yellow cowboy hat, red bandana (tied in the back), light denim blue shirt, dark denim blue overalls/coveralls, and a cheesy grin on his face. He's holding a brown rope-look lasso in his right hand and his left hand is down in his overall pocket just like a rodeo bull rider or horse tamer. This little guy will win your heart.

Stamp on arm indicates 1958 '66 United Features so I believe he's pretty old but doesn't show his age too badly.
