On offer is a forty channel CB radio converter with the output of 1.00MHz to 1.44MHz [MW Broadcast band], which looks likely it was intended for use in a motor vehicle with a normal AM medium wave car radio.

It measures about 3.25 inches x 3.50 inches x 1.50 inches, the aerial input and converter output connectors are standard car radio aerial plug / socket and the 12v power to flying leads.

I have photographed the inside of the unit with the cover removed, and the printed circuit board, which all appear to be original and untouched.

I know nothing more about this, as it was amongst the contents of the workshop of an engineer and 'silent key' radio amateur who had been involved in many aspects of amateur, military and professional wireless over many years. I do not have the facilities to test this, so it is being offered as 'sold as seen’ with the eBay listing as 'for parts or not working', without guarantee or returns, in order to comply with eBay’s terms and conditions.

Condition can better be judged from the photographs, which should also be taken as the description, and are of the actual CB converter on offer for sale.
