Tree is 22" in height but is 24" when mounted in the stand.

the original box shows lots of wear from age/ being in storage.

the wood core has some scuffs/marks. Please use the pics as part of the description.

tree has a small burnt spot from maybe a light that got too hot? See pic 4/5.
