Description: Hardcover. 25 first editions, all hardbacks in dust jackets in very good or better condition, two or three with owner signatures or inscriptions but most are free of marks but appear to have been read once, carefully. The oldest is "Heaven's Prisoners" from 1988 and the most recent is "The New Iberia Blues" from 2019. Here's what we have in no particular order: The New Iberia Blues, Pegasus Descending, Feast Day for Fools, Fhe Jealous Kind, Wayfaring Stranger, Swan Peak, The Tin Toof Blowdown, The Jealous Kind, Burning aAgel, Heaven's Prisoners, A Morning for Flamingos, Crusader's Cross, Swan Peak, Heartwood, Black Cherry Blues, Bitterroot, Creole Belle, Dixie City Jam, Rain Gods, Jolie Blon's Bounce, Purple Cane Road, The Glass Rainbow, Cimarron Rose, Sunset Limited, and In the Electric Mist with Confederate Dead. Includes his two Edgar winners: Black Cherry Blues (owner inscription to himself on front flyleaf) and Cimmaron Rose (very good but not fine). Many feature Burke's serial protagonist, Dave Robicheaux. An excellent opportunity to pick up a substantial chunk of one of the top authors in his genre. Very good / very good.
