This lot includes the core boxes for Mansions of Madness 1st and 2nd edition + Streets of Arkham expansion.

FFG's sought-after conversion kit is included! 

The conversion kit enables you to include the investigators and monsters from the 1st edition box in your 2nd edition games. It includes updated investigator cards and monster tokens. 

CONDITION :

- Streets of Arkham is brand new and unpunched.

- The 1st ed. box has some wear around the edges. Models are in excellent condition. The rulebooks, cards, tokens and tiles show some wear too but are not needed to play 2nd ed.

- The 2nd edition core box shows very moderate wear around the edges. The game was played a couple of times only so the contents  are as good as new!

This is a first printing of the game which means that some of the models are slightly different from the current sculpts. All printed material is, to my knowledge, exactly the same as currently available copies of the game.
