This machine powers on and when a setting is selected the pedal will make the machine run. I have no experience with these machines so I have only dont the most basic testing. This is being sold as it is, powers on and the head will run. See pictures for details and condition. This comes only with the pictured accessories, if its not in the pictures its not included. I listed this for repair because of the very limited testing I can do and I cannot warranty it will continue functioning. 0070
