1994. Seiko stopwatch

There is damage to the dial check photos. At 3 and 8 o’clock on the dial.

And damage to the black bezel

Looks like a hairline fracture on the black bezel see last photos.

Maybe plastic shrinkage from 30 years

Looks to be unused
