That was the AI description. I don't know much about guitars. This was given to me by my brother. I don't have the back cover plate. He played this a lot at his gigs so it was played often. It says it was "Crafted in China," but according to the Guitar Authority website the serial number means it was actually made in Taiwan. I was looking for the date of manufacture, but I could only find that it was made in Taiwan.
There are 2 or 3 lines across the bottom of the back of the guitar. They are very straight lines, so I wonder if they are an artifact of the manufacturing process. They could be defects from use, but again they are perfectly straight? I tried to picture them but they are hard to see. In the last picture you can barely make them out at the bottom of the pic.
I believe the fret board is walnut, but I don't know for sure.
