DELIVERY INFORMATION

- We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.
- The day before delivery you will receive a text/eBay message with a delivery time. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen - they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.
- Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
- Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
* Please note free delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: BT, DD, DG, FK, TD, PH, IV, KW, KY.
We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage.
Returns Policy:
Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Customer is liable to pay return postage charges.
If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.
