Offered for sale is a beautiful antique 19th c Qi'ing dynasty Chinese embroidered over-the belt double silk wallet.
On a pink color silk background material finely embroidered in multicolored silk threads using satin stitches. Features a butterfly and a tiny house surrounded with blooming flowers and plants.
The central embroidered pink parts couched with bronze color metallic threads using couching technique.
The wallet measures 7 6/8” (19.3 cm) long x 3.5” (8.9 cm) wide in its widest part.
