CONDITION:

VERY GOOD-.  Modest Toning, Scuffing and Staining to Globe and Base.  Tight at bottom of Globe and makes noise when turned. 

I believe tightening would benefit the condition, however; I have yet to determine how.  (See pics 7 & 8; top and bottom fasteners at poles.)
