Fair Condition - hes not broken but loose in some areas, we have tightened all the screws, also some discoloration , it looks like the previous owner tried to paint the car (Since I know the previous owner, that is par for course, the number of painted toys that came out of this collector's house was mind boggling...and frustrating)- decals are about 50% Full Body Decal set but doors missing decals
