Active Ion Gauge Controller

This item is Used, Excellent Condition.

This is an Edwards AIG-E-B2E Active Ion Gauge Controller with the EHVI interface. It is NOS (New Old Stock) having been removed from an unused Applied Materials rack, but has picked up some slight surface corrosion whilst in storage. Type D04847000.

We do not have the ion gauge heads, and no other accessories. Unable to test, so offered "as-is".
