Highly embossed floral border around the lid that has a deep script monogram "MK"
and a laurel and ribbon wreath on front
Add to that deep beading on lid and base rims and 4 ball feet and quite a nice little box
Overall wear consistent with age and a small dent on the right front corner fairly well hidden by the design, see close up photo
This mark used 1894-1900, so nice age, as well!
