This 5" 130mm example has a fixed f/2.7 aperture and all the petzval character you would expect with a sharp centre and swirls in the outer frame. While it illuminates just short of 4x5 its ideal format would be full frame though to 6x7 medium format. Any adaptation is at your cost but conversion is now easier than ever given the availability of helicoid focusing tubes. A petzval for mirrorless digital through to rollie SL66 etc.

Condition

The brass barrel shows loss of finish and larger loss finish from use , the aperture is fixed at f/2.7. The glass is excellent with no fungus, a single chip/scratch to the rear element with some dust and a tiny amount of edge separation to the front cell. The barrel is the standard 52mm diameter, sorry no caps but the elements will be protected when shipped.
