Shipping outside of the U.S. (International Shipments) is a higher fixed shipping rate. Email us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote to your country. Note, we do not ship to all countries.
We DO NOT change addresses! The address you have listed with Ebay and or PayPal is the only address we will ship to. Please check it before purchasing.
All items shipped are guaranteed to be the item as described in listing. If we misrepresent the item or an incorrect item is received, customer has 3 days to contact us to correct items shipped. Item must be received in same package and in same condition as shipped. We will reship the correct item at our cost and cover your shipping back to us. If a refund is due for return shipping charges we will only process it once the item is received as stated.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of ANY: un-factory sealed items (i.e. any unsealed products; most shampoo, gels, hairsprays, lotions, body mists, etc.). This also protects you as a buyer, knowing you will not receive open or tampered with items….
At OUR discretion/acceptance all other returns will be as above and as follows below. We will not accept ANY return without you contacting us prior to shipping.
Customer returns item in same packaging and in same condition as shipped (UN-Open & Un-Used). Payment will be refunded - deducting 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges (our charge to you & what you pay for it to be returned to us.
Customer has 3 days to check package for correct items, inspect item for damages, missing parts, etc. & contact us if there is a problem. After 3 days, the sale is FINAL and no returns or damage claims will be accepted.
As per Ebay policy you have 14 days to return the item. WE MUST RECEIVE ITEM BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS, no exceptions!
