Cinelli Giro D' Italia handlebar OLD LOGO w 1A Stem
These come with free period NOS Cinelli cork Handlebar Tape in white - The tapes adhesive has deteriorated from being a few decades old but, it is not needed, many tapes are made without adhesive and its actually nice to get tape stuck to your bars so you can easily change it out when needed. Tapes just need to be tucked into the plugs at the ends and finished with some sort of tape at the the ferrule area. Another perk is that if you dont tape a ton of bars like a shop mechanic and you wrap it too tightly or loosely, you can start over easily. The tape is very strong and pliable still.

The stem is 110mm long for standard italian and english frames with 22.2 steerer, there are some light zigzags on the bottom from being slid in a steerer but doesnt seem used, a few little marks
ACTUAL SET SHOWN, the center ferrule is really clean, some marks at the bends from the stem but they will be under the bar tape
THIS IS VERY CLEAN SET THAT I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO PUT A VERY SPECIAL BIKE
