Funktion:

Außendurchmessermikrometer der externe Abmessungen Messgeräte messen den Abstand zwischen den beiden Seiten der quadratische Rahmen durch Verwendung des Helix-Prinzips. Außendurchmessermikrometer ist hauptsächlich Wird zum Messen einer Vielzahl von Außenmaßen verwendet.

Gebrauchsanweisung:

1. Reinigen Sie die Messfläche vor dem Gebrauch und korrigieren Sie die Nullposition. 0-25 mm direkte Ausrichtung Null: 25 mm oben verwenden Balkenanzeige auf Quasi-Null ausgerichtet.

2. Nullkorrekturmethode: Wenn das 0-Bit Linie nicht mit der Grundlinie ausgerichtet ist, lösen Sie zuerst die Schraube mit einem Schraubendreher leicht, mit einem Schraubenschlüssel, um die Grundlinienposition einzustellen, so dass die Grundlinie Ausrichtung 0 Taste Bitleitung, dann Schrauben festziehen. 3. 5. Beim Messen sollte die linke Hand Halten Sie das Hitzeschild fest, um zu verhindern, dass die Körpertemperatur auf das Mikrometer übertragen wird. Messfehler verursachen.

6. Ein Ende des Schlüssels kann eingestellt werden Null, das andere Ende kann das Kraftmessgerät ziehen.
