6. Do you accept Returns?

  *If your receive your item with any tested function  we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.  Just send us a message through eBay messages and we will be happy to help. Please note that we don't accept returns for issues such as water damaged ,cracked screen and frame unless has been described on the title of the items.

  *If you change your mind, you may also return the device, but you are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers our cost to test, list, ship the device, and any eBay fees we incur.   

  *All return must be cleared from any personal information ,password ,i-cloud ,and google account .otherwise you will be not refunded.

7. Do you do Partial refund?

   Under any circumstances we do not do any kind of partial refunds. You can return the device within the 30-days return policy.

8.What are your Shipping Guidelines?

a. We use USPS (United States Postal Service). 

b. We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines). 

c. PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number, please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive. 

d. Due to issues with USPS, we strongly discourage combined shipping if the value of the box would be greater than $750. We reserve the right to not combine shipments for any reason, even if the purchase is completed through a combined check out. 

e. We do NOT offer international return shipping. If you want to return something from international it is your responsibility.
