What should I pay attention to before use?
To avoid power loss in transit, the earbuds charging contacts are wrapped with insulating protective film. You must tear off the insulating film before use, otherwise the headphones will not contact the case charging pins to charge or power on when taken out from the case.
When is it necessary to clean the headphones?
Clean the charging contact on earbud and charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes when they can't be charged. (Dust may cause poor contaction between earbuds and case)
