 Any parts purchased from our company are provided in second hand condition unless stated. All parts are provided with a 60-day warranty, within this period if the part develops a fault, it can be returned for an exchange unit or refund. Returned parts must be returned in the form they were provided. Any parts tampered with or opened will not be accepted. All parts dispatched by us are security marked, these marking should not be removed, if marking is removed, returns will not be accepted. 

 Engines are provided with diesel pump and injectors only, any ancillaries left on the engine are provided free of charge and are not covered under the warranty provided. The warranty provided will only cover the engine, timing belts and chains should be inspected prior to fitting and is advisable to change if required. Engines are sold on exchange basis unless stated. (Exchange engines will be collected free of charge by us and will need to be drained of fluids/oils). It is advisable that parts should be fitted by qualified mechanics/technicians. Any goods dispatched by our company, must be checked on delivery before signing for the goods to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. If goods are signed for in good condition but have not been checked and later are found to be damaged cannot be returned for a refund. 

 Payment: All payments for items must be received within 7 days. Feedback: Our feedback is very important to us. We will always return positive feedback once received. If you for any reason feel you have not had a positive transaction, please contact us before leaving feedback as we are always happy to help with any problems and go out of our way to make our customers happy. 

 Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only purchase items if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via Parcelforce, DHL Couriers and other couriers as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries) and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Please email for tracking numbers. 

 Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a few unscrupulous eBay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated. Faulty Items: we will replace the item if its faulty all parts tried and tested before sent out. Acceptance of returns due to buyer error will be at the discretion of A1 JAP SPARES LTD.
