Maintenance method of dosing device:
Due to the influence of objective conditions such as the impurities in the breeding water and the crystallization of the liquid, it is recommended to clean the dosing device and filter every month, as follows
1. Filter cleaning:
Rotate the brush at the bottom of the filter by hand every month. After opening the backwash valve, the water will wash off the impurities
It is recommended to use a wrench to open the filter cover every 6 months and rinse the filter with a brush
2. Dosing device cleaning:
After each addition of the liquid medicine, add about 5L of clean water to the medicine bucket, wait for the dosing device to absorb the clean water, and then close it (the dosing device will have a certain self cleaning effect)
Unscrew the suction nozzle at the bottom of the dosing device every month to deal with the problem of water return caused by impurity crystallization precipitation
Problem Description:
1. The liquid medicine in the pipette is sucked up and returned to the medicine bucket again
2. The liquid medicine in the pipette is sucked up and returned to the medicine barrel again with air in it
3. The water in the dosing device flows back to the medicine bucket through the suction pipe
Solution:
1. Rotate the suction nozzle clockwise and unscrew it. Wash the internal sediment and other impurities with water. Pay attention to the grooves gasket in the suction nozzle. After cleaning, place the grooves upward and center. Reinstall the problem to solve
2. Check whether the suction hose is aging, cracked or damaged. If it is damaged, please replace it
3. The grooves gasket is aging and replaced (there is a rectangular ring spare part in the spare parts package)
Note: Use an opener wrench every 6 months to disassemble the dosing device cover; after cleaning, you can apply mortar wood on the sealing ring to improve the lubricity of the piston
Problem Description:
1. When the dosing device is working, you can hear clicks and clicks, but the suction tube does not suck medicine into the dosing device or the amount of medicine sucked is very small
2. There will be a squeaking noise when the dosing device is working
Solution:
1. Use a lid opener to open the large lid of the dosing device
2. Take out the piston and check the rectangular ring on the pumping rod to see if it is severely worn or broken. If so, please replace it with a new rectangular ring
3. Check if there are impurities or grit at the bottom of the rectangular ring, please clean it up.
4. Check whether there is scale or medicine slag around the rectangular circle. If there is, please clean it with a cotton swab
5. If abnormal noise occurs when the dosing device is working, please apply grease to the rectangular ring to solve it
