A note about Innovations by Irene One of a Kind Jewelry: Irene is a retiree who enjoys spending her spare time creating jewelry. Necklaces are strung on .45 gauge wire and have plated metal toggle clasps that are securely attached. Due to the pieces being strung on wire, not all pieces fit as easily in traditional jewelry gift boxes. Necklaces will include a sheer, organza style drawstring bag. Jewelry pieces are each uniquely handcrafted using glass, ceramic, semi-precious stone, metal, and wooden beads assembled in the USA. Very occasionally plastic beads may be used but the larger majority of jewelry does not contain plastic beads. No two designs are ever exactly alike!

RETURNS: Jewelry is to be returned an exact same condition as pictured with tags and original packaging. If any assembly issues arise, please contact us directly to resolve any problems. Please understand we are not a large or big box retailer and therefore any problems are considered on a case by case basis.
