Known as The Tiffany of Caracas. Their story makes for interesting reading.

Rolex Oyster on button/ winder. Ref No. on lugs 405406. Which I believe dates it as 1946.

On leather strap. ( not original)

Very clean. Runs fine.

Minor ( Very minor) imperfections on dial.
