A beautiful set of 10 Doulton Burslem cabinet plates in the ‘Aesthetic style’, a popular art movement of the late 19^th century which valued art and beauty over function.

Each plate features images of flowers to the centre and raised floral decoration to the edges.

Each bears the Doulton Burslem back stamp to the underside and a ‘Registered Design’ number dating the plates to 1892.

Each plate has a diameter of 22cm (8 ¾ inches).

The set weighs 2.73 Kg

The plates are in great condition with no damage and very little sign of wear.
