Shipping

- All posters are shipped via USPS first class (or USPS Priority for bulk items exceeding 16 oz).
- Rolled posters are packed safely in sturdy tubes while folded (US 1 Sheets) are shipped flat in a sturdy reinforced package.
- Orders combing rolled and flat posters will be divided into two seperate shipments. Shipping can be combined for each style.
- We provide sturdy boxes for VHS and Betamax tape shipments.
- Within each box, tapes are carefully wrapped and padded as to not ship with any voids within the package to prevent jostling or jarring of the item inside.
- We guarantee items will be received in the condition they were listed.
- In general, shipping costs are set at the Media rate and apply to most items under one hundred dollars.
- Above this amount, we typically upgrade shipping to First Class (where applicable) or USPS Priority Shipping.
- More costly items are upgraded to next day UPS.
- ALL ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES are paid by Video Sanctum as a service to our customers providing efficient and safe delivery of their collectible goods.
- Video Sanctum provides insurance on all packages valued above fifty dollars at NO ADDITIONAL COST as a guarantee against loss or damage.
- Everything else will typically ship in a box or a rigid, reinforced mailer.
- WE DO NOT USE BUBBLE MAILERS FOR ANY ITEMS WE SELL.
