A Pair of Mixed Metal Brass & Copper Japanese Meiji Period Miniature Vases 450g.
I presume these are a pair they have the same type of floral copper decoration which also features birds but they are not exactly the same decorative patterns, also one weighs 200g while the other 250g though they are the same dimensions.
Meiji period from Japan they date to around 1890 though a date 1850-1900 is also likely.

Most attractive solid brass miniature vases with repousse decoration with engraved decoration too, the copper is confined to three leaves on each vase. They are in very nice condition with a rich yellow tone indicating they'd been polished several years ago and not handled since. No makers stamps.

A combined weight of 450g (200 & 250g) 12cms in height. 5cms maximum body diameter. Bases of 3.5cms in diameter.
